Job Summary:
HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is looking for skilled CRNAs to join the growing team at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital.Opportunity Highlights:
- Anesthesia care team model of 11 anesthesiologists and 24 CRNAs
- Case mix includes general, ortho, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB, GI, endo
- Set schedule with flexible options: 8s, 10s, 12s, 16s and OB 24s available
- No call requirement with minimal weekends
- CRNAs are able to do A-lines, push own meds and perform some PNBs with demonstrated proficiency. Cardiac work available if desired.
- Outstanding compensation package includes tiered base salary. Additional 30K geographic stipend. 15K stipend if cardiac proficient.
- Start date bonus up to 75K and relocation assistance available
- 8 weeks of time away from practice with no waiting period.
- Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift. Premium rate applies if clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts.
- Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, long-term/short-term disability, life insurance, and FSA
- 401(k) company match starting at 3% and increases with years of service
- 100% paid professional liability insurance. Occurrence-based. No tail required.
- 350 bed facility
- Hernando County’s only comprehensive cardiovascular surgery program
- GME program which includes family medicine, internal medicine and transitional year programs
- First in the nation to have achieved 100% board certified emergency nurses
- 24/7 intensivist critical care coverage in its 36 bed ICU
- Certified Advanced Primary Stroke Center; comprehensive Women’s Imaging Center with digital mammography
