Your primary responsibility will be to assess patient needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and provide support to residents and their families. You will collaborate with the contracted facility to ensure the highest level of resident care and work on a flexible schedule to meet the needs of different healthcare facilities.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current and unrestricted RN license issued by the state nursing board
- Valid CPR certification
- Proven experience as an RN in various clinical settings
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care
- Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments and provide high-quality care to diverse patient populations
