Behavioral Therapist (Part-Time) - Holliston, MA

Competitive pay at $20-$25 per hour based on experience

The hours you would work with the client:

Client 1: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday after 3:30pm & Saturday after 10:30am (sessions anticipated to be 2-3 hours long)

Client 2: Afternoon hours TDB (sessions anticipated to be 2-3 hours long)

Your responsibilities:
Conduct and implement 1:1 behavior support and ABA treatment as determined in the client's treatment plan
Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and clinical supervisors

Requirements:
High school degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, and/or Sociology)
Prior experience in ABA therapy and/or working with special needs children is preferred
Must be able to pass a CORI background check
Must have reliable transportation
Must be punctual, communicative, and reliable
Must have an active RBT certification or complete the free online 40 hour training course prior to starting and take the exam within 1 month of employment
