CONSULTING ANAYLST (Multiple Positions) - RICHFIELD, MN. Develop and deliver advisory services to IT leadership and business partners for technology related opportunities. Duties include: investigate and analyze IT problems and recommend alternative actions; serve as point of coordination for cross functional information needs; collaborate with development of business cases, requirement definitions, and implementation plans; facilitate and consult with development, tactical planning and implementation of new services, including budgeting, staffing, software, and hardware needs; research and analyze technology-based solutions for business needs and services; manage small to medium projects; coordinate resources across IT; manage process and operational improvements to create greater efficiency and value of IT services; and, create blueprints and data workflows to enable planning and issue resolution. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related technical field plus 4 years' experience working in an IT role, 3 years' experience with forecasting risk analysis, budgeting, and software and system development methodologies utilization, 2 years' experience working in an IT role within a healthcare delivery or financing organization and with ServiceNow.
