Weichert Workforce Mobility is hiring a Vice President, Client Relations. The Vice President, Client Relations is responsible for overseeing the account relationship management for a financially substantial client portfolio. The position has the primary responsibility for strategy execution, business development support, client relations, and financial performance of the portfolio.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Manages a target aggregate account portfolio of approximately $8.5 m in revenue.
Direct involvement in high value client engagements ($250k + in annual revenue).
Supports other portfolio clients.
Develops and implements strategies to maintain and improve client relationships through team and personal performance.
Executes consistent practices within the portfolio to include account planning and communication strategies with the intense focus on larger clients.
Collaborates with other departments to ensure that company product offerings meet client needs.
Engages clients at both lower and senior levels to understand their needs and concerns, and address issues that arise.
Identifies opportunities to expand the company’s services within the assigned portfolio to increase revenue and achieve cross-sell targets and goals.
Maintains high focus on client retention strategies to achieve company benchmark.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences and public relations that support the brand.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Bachelor's or Master'sdegree preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Five (5) or more years of leadership experience in the global mobility business
International and domestic mobility experience required

Direct client interaction and advisory experience required
Experience with Real Estate laws and practices, financing, and disclosure
Ability to manage tri-regional service delivery
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
Good people management skills
Strong oral and written communications skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
