We are seeking a full time professional and personable Concierge Receptionist to join our prestigious Medical Concierge Practice in Tucson, AZ. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will ensure a welcoming and efficient environment.

 

Compensation & Benefits: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour plus benefits package

 

Details:

  • Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, providing accurate information and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating with medical staff to optimize patient flow.
  • Maintain patient records and confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Insurance verification (training provided)
  • Assist patients with completing forms and ensure all necessary documentation is accurately filed.
  • Handle billing and payments, providing clear explanations of charges and processing transactions.
  • Coordinate with external service providers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address and resolve patient concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or healthcare is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a medical or concierge setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using office software (e.g., MS Office) and medical practice management systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A compassionate and patient-focused approach to service.
