  • Responsible for the technical administration of digital imaging information systems and technologies and the day-to-day support of users of these systems and technologies.
  • Provides primary responsibility for the technical administration of digital imaging information systems and technologies and the day-to-day support of users of these systems and technologies.
  • Represents a highly experienced level in digital imaging informatics and technology support, system development and project management and serves as an expert in the work group.
  • Leads small to medium size imaging informatics and technology projects and l mentors team members on effective project management tools and techniques.
  • Performs advanced system management and administrative functions (e.g., system table build functions, configuration and management of the following system components: DICOM Application Server (DAS), HL7 broker, DICOM Print Server (DPS), Enterprise Archive (EA), etc.
  • Assists imaging departments with policy and procedure development and evolution in relation to imaging informatics and technologies.
  • Recognition by the American Board of Imaging Informatics (ABII) as a Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP) preferred.
