Here at QuickSTAT, our Schiller Park location is looking for a new Air Logistics Warehouse Manager to join our QuickSTAT team. Your Role As the warehouse manager, your responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, managing inventory, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing processes. Effective communication and collaboration with other departments are essential for success. Your Responsibilities
  • You oversee training related to cold chain packaging and processes. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure that facility and employee Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) comply with guidelines.
  • Youâre responsible for critical equipment supporting our cold chain packaging. This includes managing external vendors for items like liquid nitrogen, packaging materials, and dry ice.
  • Anticipate business needs and manage supply purchases accordingly. Efficiently handle inventory and procurement.
  • Conduct performance reviews for team members, providing constructive feedback and recognizing achievements.
  • Prepare and manage productivity reports for the branch senior manager
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm (Note: This is a 24/7/365 facility and flexibility to work non-traditional hours, weekends or holidays may be required)
  • Report to Senior Branch Director
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelorâs or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience warehouse manager
  • 5+ years of experience in Critical Time Logistics
  • 3+ year of Biopharma experience
  • Experience managing temperature control packaging

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
