About the Position:

This part-time role operates on an as-needed basis, with job opportunities communicated through text messages. This approach offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to accept job assignments based on the first acceptance of openings.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Quality Control: Examine and inspect packed boxes and containers to confirm that packing is secure for move.
  •  
  • Securely Move Items: Ensure the safe transportation of items by wrapping them securely with moving blankets and protective materials.
  •  
  • Load and Unload Items: Handle clients' belongings with care, loading them onto the truck and unloading them at their new homes while ensuring proper placement.
  •  
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections to identify any damage before and after the move.
  •  
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the moving truck organized and clean, including folding blankets and sweeping after each use.
  •  
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration.
  •  
  • Professionalism: Uphold the highest standards of motivation, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Compassionate Nature: Demonstrate motivation and compassion in supporting seniors during the moving process.

 

  • Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail to ensure the safety and security of clients' belongings.

 

  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with packing and moving.

 

  • Dependability: Be reliable and committed to meeting work assignments and managing time effectively.

 

  • Safety Awareness: Adhere to company safety guidelines, prioritizing the well-being of clients and team members.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
