  • Assists with the supervision of on-site staff, which may include: Resident Services Coordinator(s), Compliance Specialist(s), Leasing Manager, Leasing Consultant(s), Maintenance Supervisor(s), Maintenance Technician(s), Make-Ready or Rehab Technician(s), Groundskeeper(s)/Porter(s), Painter(s), and Cleaner(s)/Housekeeper(s).
  • React calmly and professionally in emergency, emotional and/or stressful situations.
  • Responsible for meeting all training requirements for the position (Grace Hill, Safety Meetings, etc
  • Job requirements Minimum Requirements: Must have experience in affordable housing programs including but not limited to: LIHTC, HUD programs (Project Based Section 8, Section 236, PRAC, 811 PRA), USDRural Development (515), HCD, HOME Funds and Bonds.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, property management-related software, email, internet).
