We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our Account Service team. Based in our Midtown Houston office, the Account Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of assigned projects to ensure they meet client expectations and agency standards.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Account Director and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Attend client needs analysis meetings to gather project insights and requirements.
- Develop comprehensive estimates and detailed program schedules for project execution.
- Assist in developing creative briefs and contribute to proposal development processes.
- Manage projects throughout their lifecycle within the agency, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Track project progress and proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards, are delivered on time, and align with client expectations.
- Facilitate day-to-day project process, including scheduling meetings, reviews, and approvals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in an advertising agency or marketing firm is a plus.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
