As a Feed Mill Driver/CDL-A Driver with Hillandale Farms, you will be a vital part of our transportation team, responsible for safely and efficiently transporting feed amongst company sites.

*Essential Job Functions*

Short and intermediate local routes delivering feed to Hillandale Farm sites

Responsible for loading, delivery and unloading of feed

Ensure contents are properly secured for transport to intended destination

Complete pre and post trip inspections

Complete all necessary delivery documents

Other responsibilities as assigned

*Qualifications*

High School Diploma preferred but not required.

CDL-A Driver License credentials with current Medical Examiner's Certificate.

Ability to drive manual transmission

Alert, focused and detail orientated

Reliable, dependent work ethic

Minimum of 1 year driving tractor-trailer.

Ability to maneuver safely and drive around objects at the farms.

Ability to walk up and down stairs.

Able to lift 40-60 lbs.

Repetitive lifting, bending and stair climbing.

Possible extended hours and/or weekend hours to meet operational needs.

Dusty Environment.

Conscious of surroundings at all times.

Able to follow instructions closely and perform multiple tasks as directed.

Attention to detail needed as well as aware of surroundings at all times.

Ability to read and write in English and to communicate and work closely with employees at all levels of the company.

Must have good sensory abilities including sight, hearing and touch in order to perform job duties.
