**Practice Details:** Kaiser Permanente – Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) is a physician-led partnership organization with a patient-centered and evidence-based approach to high-quality medicine. We're actively seeking a Psychiatrist to join our clinics.
**Minimum Base Salary:** $274,800 | **Maximum Base Salary:** $405,303
**Highlights:**
- **$275,000 Advance On Pay Bonus**
- **$170,000 Medical Education Loan Repayment** (limited)

- **4 1/2 Day Work Week**
- **1/2 Day Paid Education Time**
- **Multi-Disciplinary Team Approach:** Collaborate with nurses, LCSWs, and psychologists.
- **Hassle-Free Practice:** Enjoy a fulfilling practice without the burdens of running an office, developing a patient base, prior authorizations, and insurance billing.
- **Partnership Eligibility:** Become eligible for partnership after 3 years
