  • Managing Budgets and Timelines: Architects ensure that all work adheres to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.

  • Site Visits and Reporting: They visit construction sites to check project status and report on progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven Working Experience: Architects should have relevant experience in architectural design.

  • Strong Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcases their artistic skills and previous projects.

  • Expert Knowledge: Architects need expertise in building products, construction details, and relevant rules and quality standards.

Hard Skills

  • Experience bidding $10 million projects and above on Bluebeam

  • Proficiency in Revit
