- Overview The Journeyman Plumber is responsible for carrying out all the duties and responsibilities of a plumbing mechanic at the journeyman level with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- hydraulic, nitrogen, oxygen, steam heating, steam generating systems
- utility systems, supply systems, disposal systems, plumbing fixtures, plumbing fittings, and equipment such as sewage, water, gas, oil lines, compressed air, vacuum, and acid systems, water closets, water heaters, hydrants, back flow preventers, valves, pumps, and pipes.
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures and other plumbing systems for water, drainage systems, gas, steam, air, and other liquids.
- A Journeyman Plumber License is required.
- Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance preferred.
- Maximo CMMS Experience a plus, but not required.
- In performing the required work, it is required to have the ability to climb ladders and scaffolding, do a lot of walking, use every kind of hand tool, work in hazardous positions, carry heavy tools.
