POSITION PURPOSE

As an Alliance kitchen Team Member, you will thrive in an inspiring atmosphere under a nontraditional concept through your unique work style and abilities. Utilizing brand standards and best operational practices, as a team member you will have a primary focus on speed of service, product quality and order accuracy. You will help execute against Alliance Kitchenâs day-to-day performance goals by actively participating in the production of Buffalo Wild Wings, Arbyâs, SONIC, and Jimmy Johnâs menu items to managing the digital locker system and process.

 TOP 5 RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct shift readiness checklist
  • Execute a high level of performance standards
  • Clean and full uniform while maintaining a neat and professional appearance
  • Follow all Food safety protocols and procedures
  • Attendance and on time arrival for work
  • Polite, courteous, and professional to all employees, managers, and guest
