We have been serving the Southwest Washington area since 1994. We are located in the beautiful and thriving city of Vancouver, WA. Our lovely city is an excellent base for day trips to the Columbia River Gorge, Mount Hood, Mount St. Helens, and the Oregon and Washington coastlines.

We currently have two physician owners: Joel Datloff, MD, and Elizabeth Dawson, MD. We also have two Physician Assistants: Laura Brandt, PA, and Mary Burnell, PA.

Highlights of the practice:
  • One location- 10,000 square foot clinic with 15 exam rooms and three procedure rooms
  • Accelerated track to partnership status (one year goal)
  • We use Moderning Medicine as our electronic health record system, and EMA for our practice management system
  • Great patient population: dynamic, health-conscious, highly functional, appreciative
  • Each provider has one Medical Assistant + one Scribe to attend to their patient-focused needs
  • Supportive environment where you can practice safely and share your clinical skills with the rest of our team
  • Trained support staff that is focused on patient engagement
  • Physician Extenders manage their own patient panels; Washington State requires a Collaboration Agreement vs. Supervision; one extender has a focus on cosmeticsWe are seeking a full time board-certified general dermatologist or Mohs surgeon. We are looking for a motivated, personable physician who is open to collaborating with staff to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate must be professional, motivated, have a positive work ethic, and be a team player with excellent communication skills.

    Required experience:
    • Board Certified in Dermatology
    • WA State Medical License
    • Board Certified in Mohs surgery (if candidate is a Mohs surgeon)We offer a compensation package which includes the following:
