Title Pay Range:

RN Education and Experience: Must meet the following qualifications:
Required
- Must be licensed as an RN in the state of Oregon.
Preferred
- At least 2 years' experience in professional nursing fieldwork.
RN Responsibilities:
- Provides support to Psychiatric Providers or Clinical Therapists, which may include transcription of notes, filing, scheduling of appointments, telephone contact with clients and community partners, contacting insurance companies, and other support duties, as needed.
- May assist with implementing care plans and making clinical decisions
- Assesses and documents vital signs, weight, height, side effects from medications, and responses to medications.
- Provides education to patients & family on medications.
- Elicits history and information from the patient/family in an efficient manner while forming a therapeutic alliance with the patient and family.
- Maintains medication samples and works with pharmaceutical representatives to provide appropriate stock of sample medications.
- Interacts with clinical and administrative staff as liaison for Psychiatric Providers to provide information and address basic requests/needs on behalf of the providers.
- Coordinate and consult with PCP, medical specialists, hospitals, rehabilitation programs and other services on behalf of clients.
- Provides basic nursing assessment and care for minor illness or injury in support of other KBBH programs, as needed.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Oregon driver's license, clean driving record. Personal automobile insurance is required if clients are transported, or any agency business is conducted by the employee using his/her personal vehicle. Must possess an active RN Nursing license in the State of Oregon.
