Join our team as a Quality Control Laboratory Technician, where you'll be pivotal in performing rigorous testing on raw and incoming materials to ensure they meet precise specifications. Your daily activities will include conducting various tests such as laboratory testing, tensile testing, and performing quality checks on the production floor. You'll be responsible for completing and managing all related paperwork and analyzing data to make informed decisions or suggest improvements. Additionally, you'll carry out in-process, finished goods, raw materials, and first piece testing, along with conducting out-of-spec investigations to pinpoint and address quality issues.

Work Environment

This role is balanced between working in the Quality Laboratory and on the production floor, ensuring quality standards are upheld. The position involves a second shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00/11:30 p.m., with initial training potentially on the first shift. You can expect to work 40 to 45 hours per week, collaborating closely with other quality technicians, production personnel, and customers.
