Talent Operations Program Lead

We are in search of a motivated Talent Operations Partner to join our dynamic Human Resources team and drive operational excellence within our talent acquisition function. This role could be based in Marlborough, MA or San Diego, CA.
As a Talent Operations Partner, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our recruiting processes, managing our contingent workforce, and building strong vendor relationships. In partnership with our HR Technology team, you will ensure the efficient and effective use of our talent acquisition systems. This role is critical to ensuring our talent acquisition efforts are efficient, effective, and aligned with Hologic's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements within talent acquisition. Develop and execute strategies for managing a contingent workforce, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Lead and strengthen vendor relationship management efforts, including selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, and cost/invoice management of various talent acquisition service providers to ensure performance metrics are met and value is maximized. Optimize and administer recruiting systems to improve candidate experience, streamline hiring processes, and ensure data integrity in partnership with the HR Technology team. Drive talent acquisition operational excellence by leveraging insights to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Provide training and support to hiring managers and recruiters on best practices, system usage, and process compliance.Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations, with a proven track record of success in contingent workforce management and vendor relationship management. In-depth knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), with hands-on experience in system optimization and administration. Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud is a plus. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to lead projects, drive change, and produce tangible results in a complex, dynamic environment. Knowledge of labor legislation and employment regulations.Why join Hologic?

The annualized base salary range for this role is $78,000 to $123,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
