Under the direction of the Department Director and supervision of the Cardiac Cath Lab Manager, you will:
Perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound imaging procedures according to department standards Serve as a customer service representative to patients, their families, the public, and the medical staff Participate in quality control and organizational improvement activities Act as a clinical/technical resource for less experienced sonographers Required Qualifications:
Graduate of a program in cardiac echocardiography approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, or equivalent training through self-study, on-the-job training, etc.
National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography upon hire or National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire Preferred Qualifications:
