    The Lead Bartender will be responsible for managing the bar area and ensuring that all customers receive excellent service. They will be responsible for training and supervising other bartenders, as well as creating and maintaining a positive work environment. The Lead Bartender will also be responsible for ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order. They will be expected to work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food and drink orders are coordinated and delivered in a timely manner. The Lead Bartender will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a menu of signature cocktails and other drinks, and for ensuring that all drinks are prepared to the highest standards. They will be expected to maintain a clean and organized bar area, and to ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed. The Lead Bartender will be expected to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
