This position is part-time, working home football games at the University of Illinois
Duties and responsibilities
- Greet customers and guests
- Enjoy game day experience while getting paid
- Exhibit outstanding customer service
- Transport customers’ tailgating equipment to their respective tailgate locations
- Maintain tailgate sites and respond to any inquiries and/or needs
- Assist Event Coordinator with day-specific needs
- Ensuring proper equipment is readily available upon guests' arrival
Qualifications
- Team oriented mindset (must be a “team player”)
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and peers
- Able to work every home game
- Willingness to work outside and in varying weather conditions
- Opportunities to work Friday afternoon/early evening for additional hours
- Must be at least 16 years old and able to work 15 hours a week
