Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Casegood Builder to join our team in Holland, MI.

-2nd Shift Schedule

-3:00pm-1:30am, Monday-Thursday. OT is on Fridays from 3:00pm-11:00pm. No Saturdays or Sundays (unless you volunteer)
-Weekend Shedule

-6:00am-6:30pm, Friday-Sunday. No mandatory OT
 

As a Casegood Builder you will:

-Build complex customized products to meet customers' unique specifications. Utilize various tools to complete job requirements. Operate overhead crane.

Required Qualifications
-8th grade education or higher
-The ability to lift items weighing up to 50lbs with assistance
-The ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance
-Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship
-2 years of manufacturing experience
-Ability to obtain and maintain overhead lift/hoist (hilo) certification

Major Responsibilities
-Accesses electronic production systems to determine daily schedule and to verify accuracy of materials for each production order.
-Accesses, understands and utilizes blueprints, drawings, specifications and electronic production systems for building custom products.
-Inspects incoming components, parts and/or previous station's assembly work, and completed product, to ensure proper fit and function of all components; corrects or replaces unacceptable parts.
-Independently builds customized final product according to customer specifications utilizing hand and power tools and overhead crane.
-Performs final visual and quality inspection of product prior to shipment to ensure final product is in accordance with customer specifications.
-Prepares and packages product for customer shipment, operating appropriate wrapping machinery and tools.
-Enters order data into electronic production system, creates labels and stages product.
-Resolves & documents production nonconformance issues.
