Summary

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for USACE for Real Estate Personnel to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

About the Position: Serve as a Senior Realty Specialist for one of the branches established within the Real Estate Division and carries out a variety of assigned more complex projects involving the civil and military real estate program within the District.



Duties
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance for a variety of acquisition and planning duties; civil management and disposal activities and functions; or civil and military leasing programs within the real estate boundaries of Savannah District.
  • Provide independent technical review for real estate documents prepared by team and provides oversight and direction in the preparation of those documents.
  • Review Congressional inquiries and prepare appropriate reports and replies thereto.
  • Coordinate the team's efforts with other teams within the District.
