Who you are:

As a Mail Clerk for Johns Hopkins Health Plans, you are an integral part of the team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include processing mail and fulfillment letters electronically. You are a person who thrives on details and working independently. You are also a great team player who is able to communicate effectively with others. You enjoy getting things done, knowing you are supporting both the Corporate Services department and the bigger picture of Johns Hopkins Health Plans.

This role requires you to work in office Monday – Friday in Hanover, MD.

What you’ll do:

• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Process fulfillment letters
• Sort claims
• Process express deliveries
• Work on special projects as requested.

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years’ of general office or clerical experience
• Efficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Word and Excel.
• Ability to work within Windows OS. You will need to be comfortable creating and moving files, folders, etc.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
