A local roofing company is seeking an experienced individual to join their team as a Junior Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing operations on company projects. You will provide project supervision from start to finish, offer guidance to improve progress, and ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.

Qualified candidates will have their bachelor's degree and proficiency with project management software(s).

Hours Full-time, 7:30am-3:00pm (flexible) Location Waianae, Oahu Pay $53,000 to $73,000 a year Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project documentation including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Coordinate project meetings.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure project objectives are met on time.
• Support the implementation of project management best practices and tools.
• Help manage project budget and resources.
• Assist with panning, executing, and monitoring projects.
• Assist with identifying and resolving project issues and risks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with project management software(s).
• Knowledge of process management tools (e.g., Workday) is a plus.
• Familiarity with content management systems and IT project management concepts. 
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
