Maintenance improvement and support of the HR and benefits teams and related systems and processes. Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts. Participate in the development implementation maintenance and support of the HR benefits payroll and impacted systems. Coordinate and participate in all user testing training and troubleshooting processes.key Skills Ability to work with update and maintain HRIS database. Knowledge of business analysis tools. Ability to create details reports from HR data sets. Familiarity with SQL is a plus. Strong ideas of Project Management concepts. System documentation and data analysis.
