In this role as a part of the Wafer Equipment Engineering Services, you will be working in a team environment. About the role - you will:

  • Learn how to maintain, troubleshoot and repair Photolithography/Plating/Test/Vacuum equipment in a Wafer fabrication environment
  • Understand and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures as directed
  • Trainwith and support existing technicians on a wide variety of technical skills
  • Expand your career opportunities by gaining the necessary training to perform the job duties of a Wafer Equipment Engineering Specialist
  • Work towards the experience necessary to apply for an Equipment Engineering Specialist position, when these positions become available
  • Work a minimum of 24 hours per week
About you:

  • Ambitious to keep growing professionally
  • Familiar with Wafer Fab Equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude including the ability to use common tools to repair equipment
  • You need to be a self-starter who is willing to work in small teams to gain the necessary skills to perform all maintenance activities on the equipment
  • You will need to have the critical thinking skills to evaluate complex problems and a willingness to follow all available documentation
Your experience includes:

  • Experience with MS Office
  • Currently studying for an AAS technical degree (at least one semester completed).
