Kumiko is in search of a professional to perform bar prep duties. The ideal candidate has kitchen, bar, or barback experience, knowledge of spirits and cocktails, an eye for detail, and high standards of excellence.   Bar prep duties are performed from 12pm to 7pm+ (hours are flexible), Wednesday through Sunday, and include preparing ingredients and setting up the bar for service.   Interested candidates should reply to this post with their resumé and cover letter.   We look forward to hearing from you

Key Accountabilities

  • Setting up bar stations
  • Preparing garnishes, juices, and syrups
  • Restocking the bar
  • Accepting liquor orders and putting them away
  • Weekly inventory and ordering
  • Deep-clean projects
  • Bar maintanence

    Job Qualifications

  • Willingness to work weekends.
The ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure. The ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively. The physical ability to maintain proper balance and walk with purpose, while carrying dishes and trays of glassware, demonstrating energy and stamina throughout the entire shift.
