Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and results driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate , you will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, pre-qualifying customers and achieving sales targets. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects over the phone, present our products/services and persuade them to schedule an appointment.
How you'll make an impact

*Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.

*Deliver scripted sales pitches and adapt them as necessary to build rapport and meet customer needs.

*Use persuasive selling techniques to turn prospects into pre-qualified leads

*Record and maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system

*Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

*Provide detailed and accurate information about products and services

*Handle objections and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

*Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
About You

Required: High school diploma and 2 years experience required. Telemarketing Specialists/Lead Generators have good working knowledge of potential clients and the insurance brokerage business.
