Job Description
The Senior Administrative Associate provides full administrative support to the leader of the Global Pharmacovigilance Case Management (GPVCM) Organization. The position provides the unique opportunity to interact with staff in global locations such as China, Colombia, Costa Rica and Poland. The position requires the ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks with competing priorities and strong attention to detail. The position will report to the Executive Director, Global Pharmacovigilance Case Management.

Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum 8 years Administrative Assistant experienceMinimum 3 years Administrative experience supporting senior or executive level management positionExceptional organization and time management skills: ability to handle and prioritize many simultaneous assignments for multiple people and programs with competing deadlinesOutstanding interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with our company's executives, internal and external stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skills which may include drafting and issuing agendas, minutes and communicationsAdvanced computer skills using MS Office Suite (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and operation of our company's internal systemsAdvanced knowledge of and experience processing Expense Reports, Purchase Orders, Payment RequestsDemonstrated experience coordinating/scheduling multi-leg international and domestic trips requiring processing of Visa/PassportsExperience processing Visa and Passport applicationsGood judgement and discretion, handling of sensitive documents with confidentialityAbility to work independently and with little supervisionEvent, meeting planning/coordination experienceExtraordinary attention to detailIndependent judgment and problem-solving skillsAdvanced clerical/administrative abilities with a history of strong performanceExperience dealing with individuals from diverse backgrounds

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
