  • Assist in the coordination of all on-site construction progress
Assist the Lead Superintendent in managing all subcontractors Ensure the project is being completed according to budget & scheduleTrack daily reports Communicate regularly with the Project Management teamOther duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant

2+ years of construction experienceMust have previous experience with large-scale projects, >25MStrengths must include scheduling & quality controlPreference for previous life science or healthcare project experience Experience with ProCore construction software preferredPositive attitude, punctual, great communication skills
