Roofing Superintendent

General Description:
Interstate Roofing is looking for an individual that loves being in the field, leading teams and embraces our company goals of Safety, Customer Service and Quality. We are a stable, fun-loving, high quality, mid-large sized re-roof company with a goal of growth.

General Responsibilities:
• Oversee projects to ensure safety, customer service and quality - including occasional hands on repairs and training.
• Customer communication
• Documentation

Essential Duties and Requirements:
• Able to transport, set up and use ladders for roof access
• Standing, walking, sitting, or kneeling on flat and sloped surfaces for extended periods of time
• Superior knowledge of composition roofing and/or low slope product installations
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a roofing foreman or superintendent
• Provide assistance and training to crews
• Some hands-on training/correction of work
• Demonstrative leadership skills (leads by example). Positive attitude. Good work ethic.
• Provide great customer service to home and building owners
• Superior oral and written communication skills

Additional Desired Skills:
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish a plus)
