Duties include, but are not limited to:

Realty Policy:

Performing contract reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and national or regional directives.
Serving as a technical authority and senior consultant for key management officials.
Providing technical and expert advice in the development and implementation of real estate policy which may include interpreting laws, policies, and regulations.

Program Management:

Responsible for broker contract management duties such as the review of broker decisions; oversight of assigned broker contracts and other realty transactions; providing advice on federal procurement policy; and reviewing the accuracy of all real estate activities.
Identifying projects and developing scopes of work; advising contractors of federal procurement policy and overseeing contractor performance of activities described in the scope of work.
Oversees all site acquisition projects in the region, including federal site acquisition, relocation, out-leasing, easements, permits, and licenses.

Realty Transactions:

Preparing and reviewing required legal documentation to support acquisition determinations in accordance with applicable law, regulations and policies.
Executing contract negotiations as a technical and programmatic expert, including meeting and dealing with high level business, industry and/or government officials.
Preparing Realty documents such as milestone charts and schedules, market survey forms and reports, price negotiation memos, leases and all lease association documents.
Implementing project management principles to manage a full range of highly complex realty projects including performing a full range of activities such as project identification, initiation, planning, and executing.
