  • Position is responsible for general cleaning duties of a school or administrative building that may require frequent lifting up to 45 pounds, moving up to 75 pounds and the operation of commercial cleaning equipment.
  • Assists with school lunch coverage (day shift) and cleaning of cafeteria.
  • Performs cleaning duties to include moving furniture, stripping floors, snow removal, and trash removal.
  • Vacuum cleaner, wet vacuum, kaivac machines, carpet cleaner/extractor, mops and buffer
  • Receives written and verbal requests from Custodial Manager, Zone Supervisor, school staff and administration for work to be done.
  • The employee must frequently lift up to 45 pounds and/or move up to 75 pounds and possess the strength to operate commercial cleaning equipment.
