We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Customer Experience self-driven individual to engage and enhance our Service Bank pull through funnel and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in internal sales, implementing strategies to measure and increase service business run rate orders, and driving process improvements. The individual should excel in implementing SFDC quotation module by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves utilizing data-driven insights to increase order conversion.

Responsibilities: -

Quotation standards adherence:

Oversee end-to-end quote creation process and ensure the adherence as per business guidelines.Ensure advisory services proposed during every preventive maintenance, later these leads to convert in firm quotation by field operation team.

Funnel improvement:

Reactive quotes generation, field advisory and install base enhancement to enable high and dependable funnel.Improve funnel quality by deep dive in funnel with owners and job identifiers and cleanup the old legacy nonmoving funnel.

Faster and higher conversion:

Identify actions with RAIL to regional and India leadership for faster conversion to orders. In-depth knowledge of problem areas and improvement actions.Daily, Weekly and monthly cadence to increase the engagement for better order conversion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Proven experience in Internal/ External sales, preferably in service industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Proficient in PowerPoint, and Advance Excel.
