Job Description
- Lead the development of new cosmetic products from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with the brand's strategy, market trends, and consumer needs.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).5+ years of experience in product development within the cosmetics or skincare industry.Strong understanding of cosmetic formulation, ingredient trends, and beauty regulations.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Experience with suppliers, third-party manufacturers, and packaging vendors.
