  • Job Summary:The Rigging Supervisor achieves the sales goals of the business unit through planning, coordinating and directing all op Satellite Rigging Location.
  • This position will actively grow the rigging sales and profitability through customer interaction.
  • They will coordinate workflow to best utilize the resources by assessing the lead time a work to determine if a job should be completed in house or by the production facility.
  • Our Customers come to us to fulfill a need, complete a project on their boat, or gather items for a great day on the water; you guide your team to ensure Customers leave with the right products to make that happen.
  • Must be able to interpret rigging diagrams, rigging measurement and rigging terminology to assist customers and coordinate workflow.
  • Demonstrates advanced technical skills in Splicing and installation rigging duties in shop as well as on marine vessels.
  • Must understand the proper ways to go aloft and be able to execute.
  • 5+ Years Rigging/Management experiencePhysical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and walkingMust be able to bend, stoop and crawl.
