Koch Center, opening in April 2018 at our NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell campus, will set a new bar in personalized outpatient care - from diagnosis to treatment - by integrating new technologies and innovative clinical approaches to provide the highest quality care and enhance the patient experience.
This 750,000-square-foot, multi-specialty treatment center is designed to accommodate the latest technologies and will feature many innovations in the delivery of care to meet patient's expectations in new ways.
As a Supply Chain Associate, at the core, you will be responsible for ordering, replenishing, and receiving thousands of unique surgical supplies.
Relatedly, you will be responsible for other Supply Chain responsibilities such as, but not limited to, monthly expiration checks, transportation of medical crash carts throughout various areas of the hospital, and transportation of portable gas cylinders.
Importantly, you will also serve as a point of contact for our clinical provider teams and help resolve urgent and essential supply needs.
Preferred Criteria:
Bachelor's degree Familiarity with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system Required Criteria:
High School Diploma or GED At least one year of previous inventory/operational systems experience Window-based computer literacy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to function independently Strong commitment to providing outstanding patient care Ability to utilize elevators and move up to 50 lbs of supplies Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
