Who we're looking for: As a Banquet Server, you will provide exemplary high dining standards in presentation, setup, and service. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and excel in delivering top-notch customer service in an event setting. 

What you'll do: 

· Responsible for food and drink service at hotel banquet and event functions.

· Read, interpret and follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and follow instructions for service from Banquet Captain.

· Participate in event setup including moving and setting up tables and chairs, buffets, beverage stations, etc.

· Participate in the clean up after all functions including cleaning of floors, dishes, and equipment, while also ensuring that everything has been stored away appropriately.

· Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service and entire event.

· Become an expert about The Landmark Inn, from menu items and table settings to the property's layout and history. If a guest asks a question, it is your job to know or find the answer.

· Our appearance is one of the first things that guests will see, so it is essential to always be neat and well-groomed, including but not limited to fingernails, hair, and facial hair. It is also expected that all clothing will be fresh and nicely pressed.

· Professionally represent the hotel and property when interacting with all guests.

· Must be available to work on weekends and holidays.

· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

· Must have flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands.

· Prior serving experience preferred.

· Must understand and participate in creating an environment of inclusion and acceptance.
