Enjoy a flexible work schedule with dedicated administrative time each week.Your role includes educating and supervising UAMS fellows, residents, and CRNA groups.Competitive base salary, starting at $430,800, is offered based on your experience and faculty rank.Additional benefits include a $15,000 signing bonus and a $15,000 relocation bonus.The opportunity to pick up extra day, night, or weekend shifts for additional compensation.Our comprehensive benefits package includes employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family, along with a 403(b) retirement plan featuring a 10% match.Generous time off with 7 weeks of PTO/Sick Days and 10 days of CME with a $3,500 annual allowance.Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Program Highlights:

Our residency program is medium-sized, fostering a close-knit, supportive environment.UAMS is the only Level 1 Trauma Center in Arkansas, serving as the state's tertiary care referral center.We are a comprehensive stroke center, providing care for critically ill patients.Our residency rotation sites administer over 33,000 anesthetics annually in 43 operating and delivery rooms.
