Job description

```Duties:```
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist with general ledger reconciliation and month-end closing procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Process journal entries and ensure proper coding and documentation
- Conduct credit analysis and assist with collections efforts
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Utilize accounting software such and QuickBooks for financial tasks
- Provide support to the accounting team as needed

```Experience:```
- Previous experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in data entry and 10-key typing skills
- Experience with general ledger reconciliation and journal entries
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial analysis
- Working knowledge of accounting software, such as Workday or QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
