Plant Technician

Hello We are expanding operations at our indoor cannabis facility and are looking for some hard-working, dedicated people to join our team. Our plant technician team are the backbone of our operation and we have some roles to fill We have monthly yield bonuses that are on top of the hourly rate that substantially increase pay rate (the average bonus amount for the last 3 months was $995/mo).
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Daily plant care including up potting, cloning, watering systems, mixing fertilizers etc.
-Facilities maintenance (some plumbing/building/ systems maintenance a plus)
-Plant pruning, defoliation
-METRC tracking and auditing for plants (this is the tracking system we are required to use)
-Hours will be 9am to 5pm either Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday. IE one weekend day will be required, but the position is still only 40 hours

The right candidate:
-Has their OLCC Marijuana handlers permit
-Can show up on time, has reliable transportation
-Has worked around cannabis at scale
-Excellent drive to work hard and be rewarded for that work
-Excellent ability to follow written procedures and directions to a T
