Summary

This position is located within the Bemidji Area, IHS at the Cass Lake Service Unit (CLSU) in Cass Lake, Minnesota. Health Services include inpatient and ambulatory care. The purpose of the position is to serve as an IT Specialist for the Cass Lake Service Unit. Incumbent will be responsible for the operation, technical assistance to departments on technical data issues, maintenance and problem resolution of multi-user computer systems. This position reports to the IT Site Manager.



Duties

  • Provide on-site operation and database maintenance of multi-user computer systems.
  • Implement and maintain technical and physical safeguards and software access controls.
  • Perform regularly scheduled systems management and maintenance procedures.
  • Provides technical advice and training to staff.
  • Provide maintenance and operation of phone systems.
