JOB SUMMARY:
This position will involve collaborating with global teams to drive month-end close activities for the client, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and supporting the continuous improvement of our accounting processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform monthly/quarterly closing activities, prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Manage Fixed Asset accounting and Construction in Progress accounts, overseeing monthly depreciation runs, and coordinating with FP&A for accurate reporting.
- Oversee payroll entries and postings, including biweekly payrolls and monthly accruals, ensuring coordination with AP for invoice and PO reconciliations.
- Work closely with FP&A and operations teams to support business operations through accurate accounting practices regarding cross-charges, allocations, and accruals.
- Liaise with external and internal auditors, support annual income tax filings, and drive initiatives for improved accounting controls and efficiencies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven understanding of U.S. GAAP and strong technical accounting skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and Hyperion Financial Management.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel, with excellent communication abilities.
This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably with an advanced qualification like CPA, and 2-4 years of relevant finance or accounting experience. Join our dynamic finance team and contribute to our mission with your expertise and commitment to excellence.
