Game Day Assistant

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage with fans during events, including prize giveaways, crowd chants, special recognitions, and organic fan moments
- Be knowledgeable and able to communicate various offerings available for the enjoyment and entertainment of guests
- Proactive and seeks opportunities to create memorable experiences for all fans
- Provide clear and concise instructions to contestant participants
- Prep and assist with the execution of select timeout features and promotions
- Support pre-game and half-time programming as needed
- Amplify and enhance live, scripted in-game moments
- Assist Stage Managers with various tasks
- Prepare giveaways and contest props
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Punctual and reliable
- Attention to detail and event timelines
- Ability to navigate SoFi Stadium, actively move and engage for up to 6 hours
- “Can do” attitude; willingness to take direction
- Professional demeanor with a spirited, outgoing personality
- Effective communicator in fast-paced environments
Applicant must:
- Have authorization to work in the U.S.
- Available to work all Los Angeles Chargers home games (day/nights, weekends, holidays) and other various events
- Attach a current resume
- Answer all “Job Questions” below
