Job Title: Team Lead

Location: Lafayette, IN.

Position Type: Temp to Hire

Quality Inspection experience a plus

Shift Schedule:

10:00 PM to 7:00 AM-$20.50/hr

This position requires you to work 2 weekends out of the month. You also would be a working Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

Set up and oversee Shift
Staff and manage Shift
Train and validate inspectors
Identify, tag, and verify materials
Audit the effectiveness of work being performed
Perform visual, mechanical, and functional checks to ensure quality standards
Step in as an Team Member when needed
Commit to reducing workplace accidents
Comply with local and company Health & Safety laws and policies

Job Details:

Update daily system entries in company and customer portals
Proficiency in English and Spanish would be a bonus.
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Outlook)
Experience using various gauges and measuring devices
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
