FLPMA Responsibilities
The 07/09 Realty Specialist would:
Adjudicate/review applications.
Create or update serial register pages in MLRS.
Send 29-day reminder letters.
Process minor ROW's category 1-2 or other authorizations.
Conduct compliance inspections.
Update workload spreadsheets.
Update land records.
Enter or update LRAM or MLRS.
Run expiration date reports and notices.
And conduct both electronic and hard copy file management.

O&C Road ROW Program Responsibilities

The 07/09 Realty Specialist would:
Adjudicate haul reports and amortization postings.
Create or update serial register pages.
Conduct both electronic and hard copy file management.
Process monthly haul reports.
Process unilateral road ROW permits.
And conduct haul compliance inspections.
