We have an exciting 100% remote opportunity for a AEM Developer with our industry-leading client.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with an active Public Trust clearance.

Rate: $45 - $50 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Develop digital consumer experiences based on the foundation of the AEM product suite, including Sites, Assets, Mobile, and Communities.
  • Build AEM authoring components and templates.
  • Develop front-end code in a timely and high-quality manner while leveraging site standards including site structure, page templates, navigation and the site information architecture.
  • Design and implement components for the AEM platform.
  • Build solutions on top of the Adobe Sites, Assets, Mobile, and Communities modules.
  • Create and integrate content-driven applications on top of the AEM core platform.
  • Follow best practices to manage performance and scalability of the content management and content delivery solutions.
  • Develop OSGI bundles for Java code.
  • Develop custom servlets in AEM.
  • Develop workflow step components.
  • Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management implementation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 3+ years' experience working with web content management systems, including one or more CMS packages.
  • Experience working with Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, REST, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, HTML, CSS and other related technologies.
  • Familiarity with AEM development tools such as Adobe Developer Console, CRXDE, and Apache Maven.
  • Proven experience as an AEM Developer, including custom component development and integration with an AEM platform.
  • Proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies used in AEM development.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) and AEM client-side libraries and their integration with AEM.
  • Experience with AEM Core Components and AEM Touch UI development.
  • Knowledge of AEM administration, including user permissions, configurations, and system maintenance.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies, version control systems, and CI/CD processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and production diagnostic skills.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
